SRA LADIES WING was formed in the year 2014 for the upliftment and welfare of the women in the neighborhood. Seeing as to how important it is to inculcate the voices of women and not let it sequester when it comes to planning the running of a residents association, we can firmly say that the SRA LADIES WING is just one such initiative for a wider attempt at maintaining an inclusive role of all members when it comes to matters of the association. Resident Associations are just one part of a wider civil society, and it is imperative that they represent the women's voice as well. SRA has taken stride in including them and providing a platform for women to come together and work for a better safer neighborhood.

They have participated and held a number of social outreach programmes that focus on Sustainable Development, Charity and Empowerment.
Among these initiatives, Food Fests have been held to donate to charity, distribution of saplings for a greener neighborhood, health awareness classes aimed at women and many more.

The accomplishments of the past years have not been those of one person alone, but rather a
collaborative effort of many women who have played an important role in building Santhome Residents Association to where it stands today.

The general committee members are also keen to celebrate the festivals involving the neighborhood members irrespective of any religion thus showing solidarity and tolerance towards each other. This is considered to be significance for the betterment of relationship between the society.
